Woman arrested following Battlefield Marathon theft

News release

Perryville Police Department officer Nick Paton has been conducting an ongoing investigation regarding theft from Battlefield Marathon. During the course of the investigation from May 15 to May 20, Paton discovered money and lottery tickets were being stolen from Battlefield Marathon totaling $420. Due to facts and evidence gathered, Officer Paton was able to obtain an arrest warrant for Rosemary Coffman. She was a former employee at the Battlefield Marathon. Information is from a June 4 PPD Facebook post.

According to the Boyle County Detention Center website, Coffman has been charged with three counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of third-degree burglary from the PPD and the Kentucky State Police, with various bond amounts.
