United Way to have night time golf fundraiser

If you’ve never tried playing golf after dark, now is your chance. The Heart of Kentucky United Way’s Fourth Annual Glow Ball fund raiser will be held Friday, May 14 at Old Bride Golf Course.

Sponsored by Whitaker Bank, the first nine holes will be played at 6 p.m. Dinner will be served at 8 p.m., and nine holes of glow ball will begin at 8:45.

To register call Heart of Kentucky United Way: 859-238-6986; or email: sblevins@hkuw.org. Cost is $300 per team of four. Prizes will be awarded to the first place team, middle team and last team. Dinner is free and there will be a cash bar. In case of rain the event will be held on Friday, May 21.
