William “Bill” Rowzee of San Leandro, California died Monday, November 16, 2020 in Castro Valley, CA. He was 74 years old.

Bill was raised in Danville, KY where he was an Eagle Scout and graduated from Danville High School in 1964. He attended Bellarmine College in Louisville before joining the Army, serving in Vietnam, and ultimately achieving the rank of Captain. After his time in the Army, Bill spent time in Mobile, AL, Louisville, KY and California’s Bay Area where he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Oracle Electronics and Trading Company in Hayward, CA.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Rowzee and Fannie B Rowzee (Smith), brothers Edward Rowzee and Robert Rowzee, and daughter Kristin Jackson. He is survived by his sisters Mary Frances Faulkner (Jeff) and Becky Snead (Chuck), his children Robert Rowzee, William Rowzee II (Kim), and Rachel Rowzee, his grandson Brantley Jackson, his nephews John Rowzee, Mark Rowzee, David Rowzee, Brian Snead, Ross Snead, and Alex Faulkner, and friends Juan Nuno and Maria Gomez.
