Gabriel Lane Clarkston, 18, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; no seat belts, $25; and rear license not illuminated, failure to transfer vehicle, no insurance card, no registration plates, no liability insurance and display of illegal registration, all dismissed.

Adrian Puckett, 43, Danville: two counts endangering the welfare of a minor, 90 days each count, concurrently, credit for one days served, remaining time probated one year; resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct, dismissed.
