Boyle County indictments, June 30, 2020

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on June 16, 2020:

  • Michael Adams, 35, Danville: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 worth of damages to property. Bail was set at $10,000 and Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
  • Dequenton Alcorn, 36, Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, methamphetamine and fentanyl; driving without liability insurance; driving while license was revoked. Bail was set at $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
  • Jeffery Alcorn, 37, Danville: third-degree assault on an officer by biting. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 Michael Clem with the Boyle County Detention Center testified.
  • Richard Alford, 32, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. TJ Wren with the BCSO testified.
  • Lori Baker, 46, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
  • Jessica Barnett, 33, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 worth of property damage at Walmart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey Whittle with the Danville Police Department testified.
  • Ricky Bishop, 52, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Destiny Bonella, 22, Nicholasville: identity theft; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
  • Jeremy Conder, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Ivory Coulter, 33, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Jamie Daly, 42, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property valued less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000 and Lewis testified.
  • Kobe Ford, 23, Harrodsburg: trafficking in synthetic marijuana. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Thomas Freeman, 43, Harrodsburg: three counts theft of property valued between $500 and $10,000 belonging to Lowe’s. Bail was set at $10,000. Aaron Rainwater with the DPD testified.
  • John Ganem, 25, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
  • Eric Garcia Nieves, 39, Lexington: first-degree burglary and fled with a firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Whittle testified.
  • Cynthia Gould, 43, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Dewey Graves, 38, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Jody Grubbs, 35, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Stephanie Hall, 38, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Erica Harless, 39, Parksville: two counts first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl and meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Konrad Hayes, 32, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and Wren testified.
  • Christopher Heath, 42, Louisville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, meth. Bail was set at $20,000. Daylen Morris with the BCSO testified.
  • Katlynn Herring, 20, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Melisa Hicks, 48, Junction City: second-degree assault when she stabbed Ondie Hicks with a dangerous instrument. Bail was set at $10,000, and Abbott testified.
  • Troy Hoaglund, 43, Springfield: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Destiny Huff, 26, Nicholasville: possession of a forged instrument, a counterfeit bill; first-degree promoting contraband into the jail; first-degree possession of a controlled instrument, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Wren testified.
  • Holly Jarboe, 36, Nicholasville: two counts wanton endangerment by purchasing a controlled substance in the presence of a child; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Tristan Jeffery, 24, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
  • Robert Jewell, 46, Springfield: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 each. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
  • Wayne Johnson, 40, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband while incarcerated in the Boyle County Detention Center, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. Michael Clem with the BCDC testified.
  • Shannon Lawhorn, 43, Liberty: tampering with physical evidence, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. Staci Garlough with probation and parole testified.
  • Chasity Locker, 38, Nicholasville: first-degree promoting contraband into the jail; possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.
  • Shawn Lykins, 26, Science Hill: identity theft; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; driving on suspended license; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. TJ Wren with the BCSO testified.
  • Christopher McCord, 37, Danville: trafficking in marijuana between 8 ounces and 5 pounds. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Brandon Curlis with Kentucky State Police testified.
  • Sarah McMullin, 33, Richmond: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Kimberly Milburn, 61, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a straw. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree promoting contraband into the jail; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe; driving under the influence of intoxicants second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000.   • Vincent Napier, 53, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance second offense, cocaine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; DUI; possession of marijuana; driving without a license; no insurance card; driving with expired Kentucky registration plates. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Jewell testified.
  • Hunter Newman, 21, Gravel Switch: second-degree assault with a dangerous instrument. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Brandon Klein with the DPD testified.
  • Anthony Peyton, 61, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Charles Pittman, 52, Danville: failure to comply with sex offender registry second offense. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Shawn Ramos-Ferreira, 25, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia, a stray. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Jeremy Ramsey, 34, Nicholasville: first-degree in a controlled substance second offense, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Kayla Robbins, 30, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Robert Rodriguez, 28, danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Jeffrey Rogers, 38, Middleburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Detrick Shaw, 43, Harrodsburg: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; first-degree wanton endangerment of an officer; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Eric Smith, 33, Danville: first-degree strangulation; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Klein testified.
  • Christian Spiller, 24, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; DUI second offense; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Wilson testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, clonazepam; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Lewis testified.
  • Dustin Stephens, 31, Jamestown: first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wren testified.
  • Brent Stewart, 40, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Dominique Taylor, 334, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance second offense, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and McCoy testified. First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Harley West, 26, Stanford: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Mark Williams, 27, Russell Springs: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Phebe Wilson, 48, Stanford: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance second offense, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Garnetta Benge, 51, Junction City: fourth-degree assault using a knife. Bail was set at $2,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Charles Clark, 43, homeless: fourth-degree assault by striking the victim. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Rainwater testified.
  • Tyler Cozart, 30, Danville: third-degree criminal abuse when he used cruel punishment of a child aged 12 years or young by striking her and placing her in a situation that may cause serious physical injury. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Klein testified.
  • Rodney Craig, Lancaster: possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe and pipe; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Stephanie Rugerio, 23, Danville: criminal facilitation to commit abuse by providing the opportunity for someone to use cruel punishment of a child aged 12 years or young by striking her and placing her in a situation that may cause serious physical injury. Bail was set at 10% of $1,000 and Klein testified.
  • Christopher Francisco, 30, Nicholasville: possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; driving on suspended license. Bail was set at $2,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Alyssa Savage, 21, Harrodsburg: possession of drug paraphernalia, scales and a syringe. Bail was set at $2,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Floyd Stevens, 53, Danville: fourth-degree assault; first-degree criminal trespassing. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Morris testified.
